You want flat abs...dont do ab exercises!!!

A colleague forwarded this video to me...and I thought that I def MUST share it! I should warn you that it goes against everything that I blog about...

  1. I have read about Blood types, food types, and exercise regimes, as well as some fun anecdotes :D and it has helped me realize something about myself, and i thank you for that Bombastic...your just Fantastic!!

    So thanks to the insights and the food for thought you have given me i have decided to set some goals for this week and next week in terms of excercise:
    This week i will practice for 4 days the 1 KM run and try to get my time down from 5:13 to 4:45 (i don't know if that is realistic, but i will see what tomorrow brings...)
    I will walk back the 1KM right after finishing it, and pick up a salad on the way home, no carbs or protien for dinner only fruits and veggies. day time anything within reason.
    When i get home i will do go from 30 to 40 push-ups per day, but NO ABS...except for Abi, bas ino...

    I also resolve to get my diving license this weekend...if god be willing :P

    Next week i will rest maybe only do a 2.6 kilo run once that week, also then i will decided what to do the week after.

    Long term goal...free diving so im going to work on the bodily capability of lasting as much as possible on one breath of air as well as bursts of energy.
