I had promised to do some research on sweat and exercise.
My findings are:
If you sweat while you exercise then you are burning fat
If you are just sweating because of:
1-heat from a hot environment like tanning or sitting in a sauna
2-heat from too much clothing or from wearing heat inducing body wraps
THEN the lost sweat is only water lost from your blood system!
